Liverpool Football Club (LFC) is Britain's most successful team in Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) competitions.

Since 1964, they have won eleven European trophies: the UEFA Champions League (formerly known as the European Cup) five times, the UEFA Europa League (formerly known as the UEFA Cup) three times, and the UEFA Super Cup three times.

The latest any UEFA Cup final which LFC won was in 2005. Since then they have been in 2 other UEFA Cup finals (Champions League-2007, Europa League-2016) having lost both.

UEFA Super Cup

The UEFA Super Cup is an annual football match organized by UEFA and contested by the reigning champions of the two main European club competitions, the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. It takes place at the start of the domestic season, in mid-August, normally on a Tuesday.
